Scout Real Estate Capital, LLC was founded in 2003 after founder and CEO Alan Worden experienced what he described as the "worst vacation ever."

Worden realized there was a business opportunity in providing great resort and vacation experiences to time-starved Baby Boomers and their families. When Alan founded Scout, he focused on delighting his customers and providing them their most memorable vacations ever.

Scout has brought advanced consumer research techniques to the resort and real estate development business to understand and exceed our customers expectations.
