The Historic Kelley House Hotel, Martha's Vineyard

The Kelley House is centrally located in Edgartown on Martha's Vineyard, steps from the town's scenic harbor. Scout has embarked on an ambitious restoration and renovation of both the Kelley House property, which, along with the Harbor View Hotel & Resort, is one of the most beloved on the Vineyard.

The Kelley House opened for business as a tavern in 1742, one hundred years after the first European settlement on the Vineyard. Today the property includes a series of buildings bounded by Kelley, Daggett, North Water and Dock Streets. It currently has 60 guest rooms and includes the very popular Newes From America pub.

Scout begins its ambitious renovation of this property in 2008. The Harbor View Hotel & Resort and the Kelley House both offer guests an extraordinary location, access to authentic experiences and the highest quality personal service. Scout will offer ownership opportunities at both properties.
